The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Aim Archery Inc. reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. All sales are final. We will only accept returned merchandise if it was an error on our part and reported within the ten (10) day period. A return for any other reason is subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept any merchandise that is shop worn or not in it's original package. A Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Any shipment not displaying a "RA" number will be refused. Please call one of our customer service specialists for a "RA" number. All "RA's" must be used within thirty (30) days of date of issuance. All merchandise can be returned for credit only. Ship all items "Freight Prepaid".
